It was just another Friday night with nothing to do, so what the hell, let's go to Baces Hall. Everything was cool when we go there, but they wouldn't let us in cause they said the place was packed already. But then everyone was getting pissed off because the 3 rent-a-cops at the front door were spraying mace into their eyes. They were wet backs anyway so it really didn't matter. So then I found the lead guitarist and lead sinper of Black Flao and talked to them for about an hour. They couldn't get me inside so I had to sneak in with my two best friends. The Skrewz were over with as far as I knew, so we went around to the back entrance and watched some long haired guy cry cause he just got his ass kicked by 'quoat un quoat' punk rockers. But anyway, everytime they would push the door open, I would catch a glimpse of the Adolescents. They sounded good but it wasn't over yet. About half an hour later, we got in, actually snuck in with about 50 other people. I don't know if UXA played or intended on playing, but who cares. So we walked in and the place was already half way trashed. Black Flag had a sound check and began to play, they were soundinq qreat but it was already 12 midnight and the cops were netting restless. The newsmen were outside and the poseurs were too, posing for the camera as always. Rut then everyone got riled up, I didn't know what was going on, Black Flag was playing one of their best sonqs "Police Story" appropriate for the occasion. The cops came in and were pushing everybody out, busting some heads while doing it and it was crazy. But outside it was anarchy in L.A., anyway the cops chased everyone away and we left. You've seen one riot, you've seen 'em all!!
