Since the release of their debut long player "BLAGGAMUFFIN", the BLAGGERS ITA have spent the last half year clocking up at least two or three gigs every week. Having just completed one tour of Belgium and Germany, they are already scheduled to return in April, such was their success.

Never ones to mince words, or dreamingly ignore the activities of the extreme right wing, the BLAGGERS have had more than their fair share of problems with fascists. They are always open to offers of playing anti-fascist benefits.

"HERE'S JOHNNY" is a colossal wall of rocking guitars, anthemic chants and combined with an almighty dance/percussion back drop. Further fuelled by trumpets and sampling, the song gains power and energy until it reaches a furious climax.

"BEFORE I HANG" is an uncanningly jolly song, considering its subject matter (the white wash of British justice during the trials of the infamous Tottenham Three). Political pop & rap combination with a vengeance.

As noted above. This is a special election '92 single. In a time when every party has a slogan, the Blaggers' election campaign banner reads :

"WHOEVER YOU VOTE FOR..........THE BLAGGERS WON'T F**KING LIKE 'EM"
