Last updated: 2001/06/26, 11:27 -- primary page: http://www.dementlieu.com/~obik/index.html rules: http://www.dementlieu.com/~obik/rules.txt how to read the list: http://www.dementlieu.com/~obik/howto.txt short trade list: http://www.dementlieu.com/~obik/short.txt long trade list: http://www.dementlieu.com/~obik/trade.txt want list: http://www.dementlieu.com/~obik/want.txt email address: obik@dementlieu.com -- I am no longer shipping CDRs in jewel case or printing off tracklists. CDRs will still be packed well (in plastic bags sandwiched between pieces of carboard), but it's too expensive to keep on buying jewel cases. Tracklists will be emailed to you, and I expect to have tracklists emailed back to me. Rules: We both send at the same time Tapes should be 90 minutes, CDRs 74 minutes All live cdrs should be burned DAO, with 0 second gaps If a CD arrives with clicks or other noticable sound defects I expect a prompt replacement No CDs sourced from mp3s I trade per full tape/CDR, not per show/demo session Ratios only apply if YOU initiate the trade (i.e. email me out of the blue) No high speed dubbing, noise reduction or equalization Always include tracklists (emiling them is fine) if you have them, art is NOT expected List source and generation of recording (including bootleg title if from commercial release) Pack well before shipping regarding media: I don't give a fuck what brand of CDR you use as long as it's NOT memorex. I use unbranded CDRs made by cd-recordable.com, and more than 500 discs later haven't had a single problem. I DO NOT/CANNOT TRADE VIDEOS. ANYTHING SOURCED FROM A VID IS AUDIO ONLY. When trading originals, whoever has the original sends LAST. I do not sell CDRs, nor do I do 2:1s. I don't have the time or patience. Generations are measured FROM THE MASTER. First generation is a tape from the master, second gen is a tape from a first gen and so on.
