2003/01/05: Added images for Demonstration Copy 10", Blaggamuffin 12", Oxygen promo 12" and the UK Resist flexi
Nothing real fancy for now--this will just list the records, labels, and tracks on all the releases (at least, the ones that I have copies of!) and information relevant to collectors. There's a discog at SIT, Inc. that's very complete, and run by none other than Brendan "Who says I don't reply to email?" H, but it doesn't give any information about what color 7"s have what B-sides and what songs got recycled on compilations and reissues. That's really my only reason to do this discog--I've bought a ton of Blaggers singles, only to discover that I've already got all the songs on other records or CDs. That irritates me.
If you want to help maintain this, you can donate (yeah right) or sell and of the records on my wantlist to me, or buy some of the records I'm selling. There's plenty of Blaggers stuff on both lists, but try not to limit your horizons.
If you're interested in tracking down some of this stuff for yourself--good luck! You can still get Blaggamuffin and United Colors from Words of Warning, and the On Yer Toez reissue is still available from Mad Butcher, but everything else is can be hard to find. Netsounds has a pretty big selection from the Blaggers EMI years, as does GEMM, but most of their sellers are overseas. If you're a merkin (and who isn't?) check my sale list, since domestic shipping is definitely cheaper thant international. Blaggers stuff turns up on eBay now and then, but it's mostly just copies of their EMI singles...
If you're a Blaggers fan check the SIT, Inc. Blaggers site, and the rest of my webpage, I've got some interesting Blaggers content.
Created and maintained by Obik (that's me), the drudge work of converting the plaintext discog to html fell to Wormy. Updated whenever I get a new record.
When I say unique, I mean unique recordings (or mixes in some cases). The Blaggers re-recorded a lot of songs, with mixed results, which is why this matters so much.
Almost all the 7" and CD covers are up right now--the rest will follow. If you're good boys and girls.
Release are organized chronologically, with compilations at the end. Use this nifty menu to jump to a specific release:
I'm pretty sure that the LP has a couple of tracks not on the CD reissue.
![]() |
7" - 1990 - Network 90 Records [WWFC1] It's up to you / Get Out of Here // Meat Black vinyl, limited to 1000 copies. Every copy I've seen has a plain white (well, pale greenish-blue) label. |
All three songs were reissued on Fuck Fascism, Fuck Capitalism, Society's Fucked LP/CD, though you'd have better luck finding a copy of the 7".
![]() |
7" - 1991 - Knockout/Nightmare Records [KON2] Beirut / Real World / What For // Wonderful World / Ten Years On (live) First 300 on red/orange vinyl. The rest are black vinyl. All have a lyric sheet. |
Great punk EP here. The first four tracks were included on the CD version of Fuck Fascism, Fuck Capitalism, Society's Fucked CD, sourced from the master tapes, and all the tracks appear on the Mad Butcher reissue of On Yer Toez, sourced from a crackly copy of the 7".
The tracklist on the CD AND the CD tracking itself is pretty screwed up, but the tracklist above is what's correct. The It's Up To You 7" appears in it's entirety, the Blaggers track from the UK Resist flexi makes an appearance too, as do the first four tracks of the Beirut EP (the fifth is listed, but doesn't appear). Everything else is unique to thie album.
12" - 1991 - Words of Warning [WOWLP19] Pitbull Mentality / Ten Years On / Bastard Chilling // Emergency / When the Gun is Cocked (live) / Guns of Brixton |
First four songs also appear on the United Colors CD. When the Gun is Cocked is unique, but I'm not sure about the Guns of Brixton.
Both songs are unique versions, and well worth finding. The first and second press have slightly different insides, and the records themselves are completely different presses, made from different stompers. Since my copy of the reissue has a lot of surface noise, but is otherwise absolutely pristine, I'm inclined to believe that the Fluffy Bunny folks made the new master from a copy of the original 7".

7" - 1992 - Words of Warning [WOW22] Here's Johnny // Before I Hang Black vinyl. |
Both songs are unique versions.
![]() |
12" - 1992 - Words of Warning [WOWLTD23] Meat / No Choice / See Naples and Die / Get Outta Here / I Don't Know / It's Up To You Ltd. to 200 copies, and I've never seen a one of them. |
All six tracks appear on the CD reissue of On Yer Toez, though sourced from crackly vinyl. If anyone has a copy of this they wanna sell, drop me a line.

12" - 1992 - Words of Warning [WOWLP27] |
![]() |
CD - 1992 - Words of Warning [WOWCD27] When the Gun is Cocked / It's Up To You Part II - the Battle of Waterloo / Search and Destroy / Wild Side (Ram Ravers mix) / That's Where it Ends / The Way We Operate (X-Tatic mix) / Here's Johnny (Post-Election mix) / Before I Hang (Double Deckers mix) / The Way to Die / United States of Devastation / Young Blaggers (perviously unreleased) / Pitbull Mentality / Ten Men Dead / Bastard Chilling / Emergency back cover, booklet inside, booklet back, press release: page 1, 2 |
The last four tracks on the CD version are from the Blaggamuffin 12". Everything else is unique.

7" - 1993 - Bunny Bites Back Records [RAM1] Wildside // Ten Men Dead Black vinyl w/blank labels. |
Bootleg as the "Ramraiders ITA". In case you couldn't guess, this record was put out by the Fluffy Bunny folks after the Blaggers signed to EMI. Both songs sound like slightly different mixes of released versions (Wildside on the Stresss single and Ten Men Dead on the Oxygen single)
![]() |
7" - 1993 - EMI [ITA1] Stresss (long version) // the Way to Die White vinyl. |
![]() |
CD - 1993 - EMI [CDITA1] Stresss (short version) / The Way to Die / Wild Side / Stresss (long version) |
B sides are unique. The long version of Stresss appears on the Abandon Ship single, and the short version appears on Bad Karma. Promo versions of the CD came with a "compact info" press sheet.
Oxygen appears on Bad Karma, but the B sides are all unique.
Abandon Ship had a couple of overdubs added before it went onto Bad Karma, so the single version is almost unique. The B sides (except Stresss) are unique as well.

10" - 1994 - EMI [10KARMADJ1] 1994 / Mantrap // Bad Karma / Famine Queen Black vinyl. |
![]() |
CD - 1994 - EMI |
Promo sampler for Bad Karma. 1994 has a rumbling introduction (kinda like a plane landing) added to it. Otherwise, all the tracks are identical to the Bad Karma releases.
![]() |
CD - 1994 - EMI [CDPCSD156] the Hits / 1994 / Mantrap / Bad Karma / Famine Queen / Stresss / Abandon Ship / Nation / Garden of Love / Slam / Hate Generator / Oxygen (+ Josephine Baker) |
Everything except Mantrap, Stresss and Oxygen are unique, and Abandon Ship is just the single version with some female backing vocals added. The Session EP contains preproduction versions of a few of the songs.
![]() |
12" - 1994 - EMI [12ITA4DJ] Mantrap // Guns of Brixton / Joyrider Black vinyl promo, plain black die-cut sleeve. Some (all?) presses have defective B side--really wobbly grooves. |
![]() |
CD - 1994 - EMI Mantrap / Guns of Brixton / Joyrider / Pirate Radio |
Mantrap appeared on Bad Karma. B sides are unique, though an edited version of the Guns of Brixton appeared on the Guns of Brixton 7".
![]() |
7" - 1995 - Damaged Goods [DAMGOOD 58] Thrill Her With a Gun // Dairy Thief 2000 copies on orange wax. |
I think Dairy Thief was also on the Reading Special: Volume 11 CD. Thrill Her is unique, though.
![]() |
7" - 1995 - Disinformation [BITA1] Rumblefish // Death by Cool (aka DxC) Green vinyl. |
![]() |
CD - 1995 - Disinformation |
This has the dubious distinction of being the last release of new (i.e. newly recorded) Blaggers stuff--though Rumblefish was recorded at the Bad Karma sessions. Both songs are unique.
![]() |
7" - 1995 - Disinformation [BITA2] Guns of Brixton Black vinyl, one sided. |
![]() |
CD - 1995 - Disinformation |
Guns of Brixton is an edit of the Mantrap version. My 7" has wobbly grooves.
![]() |
CD - 1995 - Disinformation [BITA3CD] Shutdown / 1949 (1994) / Nation of Immigrants (Nation) / Karma (Bad Karma) / Love Generator (Hate Generator) |
Shutdown is unique, the rest are preproduction versions of Bad Karma songs.
Video collection, a mixture of live performances and music videos. Available from Insurgence Records in NTSC only, sorry. It's up to You is from United Colors, Stresss and Oxygen from their respecitve singles. Everything else is live or a TV session. Beware: the quality for most of the video is absolute CRAP, buy it only if there's nothing else you can spend your money on.
Just a quick note: I don't have any of these comps--partly laziness, partly actual scarcity. If anyone can point me to copies of Cette Machine and the Neverending Story 1 & 2 CDs, I'd be grateful.

Victory to the ANC - 7" - 1991 - UK Resist Unknown Trenchfever song / Blaggers ITA - Victory to the ANC Flexi, split w/Trenchfever. Given away with issue four UK Resist. |
The SIT Inc. website dates it as 1989, but given that UKR #4 was from the Spring of 1991, I have a minor problem with that date... I still need copy of the zine this came with. Anyone wanna hook me up?

Cette Machine a Tuer - CD - 1991 - On a Faim I Don't Know / unknown songs by other artisits |
I need a copy of this.
![]() |
Never Ending Story - CD - 1991 - Released Emotions Guns of Brixton / unknown songs by other artists |
Clash tribute, dunno if Brixton is unique or not.
![]() |
Mind Pollution - 12" - 1991 - Words of Warning New York / unknown songs by other artists |
The Blaggers song also appears on Mind Pollution 2 (CD)
![]() |
Never Ending Story 2 - CD - 1992 - Released Emotions Submission / unknown songs by other artists |
Sex Pistols/Damned tribute.

Reading Special: Volume 11 - CD - 1994 Drugstore - Superglider / Primal Scream - Jailbird (live) / Sleeper - Pyrotechnician (I Think I Love You) / Senser - Eject (live) / Blaggers ITA - Dairy Thief / Terrorvision - 4 I Was You / Cypress Hill - Lick A Shot (remix) / Collapsed Lung - Dis MX / Jale - Stepping Out / dEUS - Violins And Happy Endings / The Wedding Present - Spangle / Scrawl - Good Under Pressure / Helmet - Lord Of This World / Dig - Curious George Blues / Manic Street Preachers - PCP (live) / Kitchens Of Distinction - Remember Me? / Salad - Man With A Box / Shed Seven - Missing Out / Henry Rollins - Verbal Diary (April 22 - June 12) |
CD and booklet pressed specially for Reading Festival 1994, and featuring bands that played the fest. Unforunately, the Blaggers, while featured here, did NOT get to play the festival, thanks to some behind-the-scenes politicking by Melody Maker. Is there an LP version of this?
![]() |
Mind Pollution 2 - CD - 199? - Words of Warning New York / unknown songs by other artists |
Maybe another Blaggers song on this one?
![]() |
Better Read Than Dead - CD - 199? - ?? There's Gonna be a Lynching / unknown songs by other artists |
All these comps have Blaggers tracks as well, but probably just songs from the 7"s or LPs. I'll know more if I ever get around to buying copies.
